Enjoy the Ride

 This past summer we got my daughter a bike. She was so excited but quickly realized that it takes some practice to learn how to ride it. I love that middle picture of her pouting about being frustrated. It didn't really take her too long to get the hang of it and I'm sure by next summer she'll be racing around like her big brother.

I used some CTMH stamps (the bike, sentiment and chevron stipes) and the PTI Heart Border die for my white scallops and the Beautiful Butterfly dies as well as Vintage Labels. I am also slowly but surely using up my pattern paper. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Gift Bag

I decided that I needed a bag to give the card set I made on this blog post, so I got out my very favorite die for this sort of thing, Front and Center #1. I wanted to to match of course and thankfully had one more sheet of 12x12 paper left so it worked out great. I cut the flowers using my Cricut and Art Philosophy and coordinating stamps and used Turning a New Leaf, heart border and double ended banner for the rest. My sewing machine recently died and I haven't been able to get a new one yet, so I love this stitching stamp I have from CTMH.
