I was interested in reading this book as I think it's a great topic to address...letting go of what we think is best for our lives and letting God decide instead. A favorite quote sums up this book nicely, "God always gives His best to those that leave the choice to Him."
I am not a single person and got married very young. But I could still relate to the message and appreciated the honesty and call to seek God for nothing else but God. I also really appreciated how much emphasis was placed on reading the Bible for yourself and really spending time studying it and seeking to have it change you and your understanding instead of just trying to make the Word conform to what you want it to say or do for you.
I thought that it was a nice addition to have a question or two at the end of each chapter to help you think through how it applies to you. There is even space given to write in the book if you wish. I like that the book is well bound and has a nice hard cover and a ribbon bookmark. This would make a very nice gift!
Overall I give this book a solid 4 stars. The only negative I personally can say about it is that it was a little to "stream of consciousnesses" writing for me in some sections. But as a whole the message is solid and I would very heartily recommend it!
