Hello! Leah with you today and I want to share with you how lovely the new Flower of the Month:Water Lily from Inspired By Stamping looks paper pieced. I chose several different patterns, stamped and trimmed out all my pieces. It's fun to piece them all back together and see the image come to life.
For my blue background I used the paint brush stroke image from Friends Forever and the label is stamped from that set as well after die cutting the double ended banner from Fancy Labels 3.
Here is a closer look at my paper pieced water lily and that fun frog. I added some bits of twine around my bow and some machine stitching and sequins finish it off. I hope you like it! Thanks so much for joining me today.
