This week's MIM is to do a bit of watercoloring with a more defined look. This was a fun technique and I chose to work with this pretty pitcher image from Iconic Images. I used my Tombow markers to color directly on the stamp, misted it and then stamped. I did the same thing for the flower tops. Then I added the ink to the edges and stamped again. I really do like how it came out. I heat embossed my sentiment in black and added some white sequins. I warned you. These are going to be on nearly everything. One thing I love about them is that they add a lot of dimension and texture but would still be flat to mail! I am also totally in love with the Soft Stone color. It never really appealed to me way back when it was released, but then I realized I had no gray in my colors and thought I'd give it a try. Love it. The border is PTI as well, Filigree. I stamped the back panels with the little medallions also in the set. Thanks so much for visiting!

Very pretty, Leah! I love the colors in your vase!
I love the look and tones on the pitcher and flowers. Makes a beautiful WOW statement.
Wonderful card! I like the pitcher of flowers, reminds me of a still life. Also like the addition of the buttons with the border die. Great inspiration here.
Just beautiful. I LOVE how you colored the pitcher.
