Creation is God's Gospel

I love this quote. All stamps are from PTI's Out On A Limb set. The paper is from K&Co. I like using their paper since it does so much of the work for you. I stamped the limb in a different direction than the usual branch position and like it, I often forget I can mix things up a bit. Hope your weekend is going well!

Shaped Cards

I've been trying my hand at some shaped cards, the above were hand drawn templates I made and cut out and they fit into a regular A4 envelope. Lots of stamping on both, and the little dress I added a crocheted flower under the button and bow after I'd taken the picture. Now that I have the template these go together fairly quickly and in a way it's nice not to have to fiddle around with a layout. I just love the little rattle the baby elephant is holding:) So cute, it's a Cuttlebug die that a friend sent me. Thanks for stopping by!

All That Scraps Challenge (ATSDTC17)

The challenge was do make a card using an inchie but in circle form. I just recently made my first order of C.C designs stamps and they sure are cute. For this card I used the Little Penguin set. I colored him in with my Prismacolor pencils and baby oil. The flower he's sitting on is also punched out with my 1 inch circle punch. I piereced the border of them, added some sewing and as a final touch added french knots to the flowers he is holding. The card measures 4x4.

More Shop Cards

Sadly I haven't been able to create anything this past week. It was a rough week. I lost my dog Monday, he got hit by a car and dealt with that and then my son got a bug and shared with me, so I've been sick for the past four days. Not a great week. But, I am hoping I feel up to creating again soon...I miss it when I don't get to for awhile. I have been working on a couple of crochet projects, I should take some pics to show you. I am making a lacy pattern scarf and a shell baby blanket. I'm almost done with the scarf, they go alot quicker than blankets LOL Here a few cards I made for the shop. I need to drop in today and see how they are doing. Don't you just hate being sick? It's like you are in a time warp and I am so ready to come out of it! Hope your week is going well!
