Texture Paste Over Stamped Images

Hello! I'm here today with a fun way to add some extra texture to your stamped images and cards using texture paste. Let's get started!
Flamingo
The supplies you'll need for this technique are a stamp set, I chose the Flamingos set, a stencil of your choosing, texture paste, a palette knife (or an old credit card) and of course ink for stamping.

The first thing you want to do is choose an image to either stamp several times onto your cardstock panel, or use a large focal image and stamp that. After you are done stamping you cover the cardstock panel with your stencil, I adhered mine down with a bit of washi tape so it doesn't move when applying the texture paste.

Then you cover the entire panel, (or part if you prefer) with the texture tape, remove the stencil and wash your palette knife and stencil right away and let your panel dry.
Flamingo4
Once your panel is dry you can complete your card. I added another flamingo which I trimmed out and the sentiment with some sequins to finish. I hope you will try this technique yourself!

Very cool idea Leah! I like that the flamingos now have the same design on them!! The single pink one is a fun addition :)
