Today we continue the fabulous June release for Inspired by Stamping and today we are showing you some peeks of the beautiful Summer Flowers set. All the flowers in this set are gorgeous and perfect for coloring! For my first card I stamped the carnation flower all over my paper and then got to work coloring them using Inktense pencils. I then added a backwash and heat set that to be sure it was dry and then stamped the script text from Basic Backgrounds III. The sentiment is from the Words of Inspiration set. My second card uses more flowers stamped and then watercolored with my Tombow markers. The sentiment also comes from the Words of Inspiration set. Finally I created a layout of my daughter's 5th birthday which was in March. The flowers make beautiful embellishments! I also used Summer Postcards for the round heart embellie and the Fancy Labels 2 stamp set and die.
