I am so happy that spring is coming...I am SO ready:) Here is a fun card using a cute banner for my sentiment and Theadore with Tulip from Heart Song Designs. The Country Life Cricut cartridge has banner cuts on it that make it easy and fun. I hope you are having a great week!

Spring!
