Summer Gladiolas

I love making single layer stamping only cards. I pulled out the August Gladiola flower from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps and decided to stamp it repeatedly across my card front on top of already subtly patterned paper. I then went back over my flowers, pretty lightly, with Prismacolor pencils to make the flowers pop.I decided to leave the pencil unblended for a softer look. I added the sentiment that comes in the set, punched a butterfly and added a pierced butterfly trial and punched the edge of my panel. I think it came out really pretty but is very mail friendly. I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!

I have that punch but have not used it. This a nice way to use it on a card. The butterfly is super cute. But I love butterflies and may a bit biased. Thanks for sharing.
