Miracles...

Life really is a miracle:) Well, I finally felt up to creating but must say when you are sick and your mojo gets sick along with you it's hard to get your rhythm back. I do like how it came out though, especially the butterfly. I stamped the top layer of the butterfly and cut it out of vellum, which really gives it a more "fluttery" feel. The bottom butterfly was stamped and colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with baby oil. The MS punch was stamped with the Beautiful Borders set from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps and the butterly and sentiment is from the In His Time set.

Well, tomorrow is the grand opening for Sherrod Studios! And my stamps came so I will get to share with you! Be sure to pop on over to the Sherrod Studio blog to follow some links to see some sneak peeks today. And don't forget that the Sweet 'n Sassy blog hop has also started! I have a full link schedule for you at the top right on my side bar. I get to join in on the 3rd. Can you believe that it is almost July?! Well, I hope you have a wonderful day and get to create. Thanks for stopping by and I love reading your comments:)

Oh, sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well...I had a bit of it myself to deal with recently, so I know how it puts a damper on creativity. Your card is gorgeous, though. I love that butterfly!

Very pretty. I think that the creativity damper might depend on the illness . . . maybe next time get the minor sniffles requiring time in bed with a good book and copious amounts of chocolate. :)
