So Sketchy Saturday
Today I get to share with you another card inspired by another great sketch by Allison over at the So Sketchy blog. Make sure you go check out the sketch. I had a lot of fun with how this one evolved into something completely different than I first had in mind. The center die cut panel was cut with my Cricut using Storybook. I then dry embossed it with Swiss Dots and sewed on the green floral panel. I stamped the images(Hero Arts) directly on the green floral paper, and the bird again to cut it out and pop it up. The sentiment is from Cornish Heritage Farms, Scene it line, Beacon of Hope. I really love this quote. Added some distressing, and a couple of silk hydrangea flowers and pearls. The background paper and the green floral paper is from MM, Chloe's Closet line. I chose it because of the music sheet sections on it, thought it went great with the quote. I hope your day is filled with hope and love! Thanks for visiting:)
