This weeks challenge over the
Mother's and Daughters Creations blog was to use a border of some sort. I used a MS punch and knotted some soft fibers to create my border. The stamp is from Serendipity, isn't it pretty? Daffodils are both my daughters and mine birth flower. The sentiment is from Daisy Bucket and the pretty pp is SEI, it's shimmery in real life. I have been trying to use negative space in interesting ways and here I used the negative space of the scallop oval so that the pp would be the scallops framing my image oval. I added some piercing and distressing to finish it off. Last week the MDC blog was having computer issues, but they are back up and running this week!
