Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. This is a gift set I made for my mom. She loves this image by Thomas Kinkade (CHF) and I enjoyed making her a card and journal. I decided to color the image in with my Pepples Chalk and I really liked the soft, muted look it gave it. Plus it was quick! The lacy border is MS punch and some pretty pp by K&CO. The sentiment on the journal is from Our Daily Bread Designs. I am getting back into the cafting mode and got alot of scrappy stuff to play with including a Cricut Create and Design Studio! Along with 2 new carts! I am one happy girl:)
