So Sketchy, a yummy card

Over at So Sketchy there is another great sketch for a long rectangular card. This one fits into a legal size envie. We had a great sponsor, The Cutting Cafe and that is where the adorable cupcake and sentiment came from. I colored in my confection with prismas, blended with baby oil and added some sparkly "frosting" using some MS glitter. (I'm not terribly fond of loose glitter but I must say I love the MS stuff, it's fine and sticks so well and has a pretty quick dry time) The entire background panel is stamped with PTI's Polka Dot Basics and the blue strip is dry embossed with Swiss Dots. I added some stitching and a pretty Paper Blooms flower embellished with a tiny felt flower, button and twine. Apparently cupcakes have been on my mind! How your day is sweet!
